L’Hôtel des Ducs de Bourgogne – Le Musée du Vin (en)
Installed in the Hôtel des Ducs de Bourgogne since 1946, the Burgundy Wine Museum is the first French ethnological cultural museum exclusively devoted to the heritage of wine.
In the heart of Beaune, this permanent exhibition with almost 1000 m2 spread over two levels, the museum is a living space of reference to the wine industry and all its associated trades.
The evocation of history brings back to mind the ancestral ways of viticulture, viticultural practices, cooperage, trading, oenology, the collections bear witness to the historical construction of wine-growing throughout Burgundy, and its many wines.
The museum is also a historic partner of the Climats du Vignoble de Bourgogne, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It highlights the uniqueness of this cultural site, considered as an exceptional heritage representing a model of local viticulture.
On the occasion of the “Vente des Vins” Wine Sale, the Hôtel des Ducs de Bourgogne will also be taking into consideration our younger audience making available to them wooden games as well as a make-up event.

Hotel des Hôtel des Ducs de Bourgogne will be open on the : 18th and 19th November 2023 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
